TravelPackers Terms Of Use

You must agree to the TravelPackers terms below in order to register.

TravelPackers offer you a free journals service, which once registered will permit you to take control of your own free personal travel journal web space which consists of your own private Backpacker, AdventureSafari, Cruise, Expat and General Travel journals areas, and will also permit your posts to the Review and Partner areas. You will be able to create your own TravelPackers profile, add your travel itinerary, upload photos and make an unlimited number of posts. Please take a few moments to read the following terms and conditions that must be agreed to, before registering with TravelPackers:

(i) No obscene, racist or sexually explicit content is allowed. All posts containing any of the above will be deleted and your account will be cancelled;

(ii) Please use but do not abuse the free service, as it has been created and managed for you for free by TravelPackers to help you to get the most out of your travel and your freedom, be it pre-planning, mid-travel or post travel;

(iii) Any information submitted to the TravelPackers website, automatically becomes the intellectual property of TravelPackers;

(iv) We catagorically guarantee, that under no circumstances will we ever try to sell or distribute your personal details for financial gain. TravelPackers require your email address because its unique to you and as such the system requires it to identify you for security reasons on gaining access to your free web pages. We have built the service so that you can hide your email address from public view should you so wish;

(v) We catagorically guarantee that we will not use your email to try and sell you TravelPackers products, because there are no TravelPackers products other than the free web space we provide for you totally free of any charges....for the length of time you have a TravelPackers account;

(vi) Make as many posts as you wish. The more posts you make, the greater visibility you will have on the website which means the greater number of visitors you will recieve;
